    Emma took the time to discuss my motivations, and we were able to create the values and structures which have have been fundamental to the successful organisation it has become today.

how Do you fit in with my organisation?

It really depends on how you work, and the work which needs to be done. Very happy to talk with you about the approach you think will work best.

My clients usually benefit from an agreed workplan which takes into account their work schedules. When there are gaps, that is when I can do the ‘behind the scenes’ work.

As an approachable person, I move seamlessly into organisations.

I can be onsite, hybrid or remote.

However when bolstering teams, I can support your team as needed.

Do you service my area?

While based in Northern Melbourne, on Woi-Wurrung land, I have worked with people across Australia.

If you are regionally based, or in another state or territory, let’s talk about what your goals are and how we could make this work for you. I can be there with you in person when it is important.

What do you charge?

There are two different approaches to choose from; either a day rate, or quote for a completed job.

Regardless of your choice, I will diligently work to give you the best result possible in the shortest time.

This has proven to be a very cost effective way to realign organisations.

Do you have experience in my industry?

I have had a diverse career across multiple industries; from start-ups, small, medium and large organisations, local government, and both For and Not-for-profit’s. I have learnt how to listen, learn and deliver great People, Culture and Organisational strategy and projects.

I focus on partnering with organisations working towards benefitting People or Planet, OR who want to be.

why would we employ you and not use an off the shelf solution?

Off the shelf solutions can be brilliant, and I use and advocate for several. I will always direct organisations to a tool, system or membership which suits their needs. I am not eager to reinvent the wheel!

However if you are not sure where to begin, or a solution you have tried is not delivering the results you wanted, or you need someone to capitalise on what you have, then I can help.
