Hi, I’m Emma Pereira
I am strategically minded, approachable and thorough, focused on identifying and implementing the most impactful initiatives. I do this in partnership with leaders, managers and teams in a way which adds value, feels positive and builds confidence.
My career journey has spanned start-ups, small, medium and large organisations, local council, For-profit and Not-for-profit. These experiences, and the education and continued learning I have undertaken has developed my ability to identify how great things can be achieved.
Despite having worked in multiple industries, my heart keeps drawing me back to organisations who deliver benefit for People or Planet. I am passionate about making these organisations be the best they can be, so they can deliver on their worthy goals.
